ScheduledTremegisto & Cyberlink are continuously improving their service quality. For this purpose, we are conducting a hardware migration on our core network infrastructure. Since our core network is redundantly structured, no interruption is expected for the vast majority of services.
All customers who will still experience a service interruption were informed today, between 12:15 PM and 12:45 PM, via email in the same manner.
Server maintenance
ScheduledCustomer systems with an active server maintenance contract are maintained on the third Thursday of each month. During maintenance, the systems are unavailable from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. We kindly ask you to log out of the systems before the maintenance window begins.
