Customer systems with an active server maintenance contract are maintained on the third Thursday of each month. During maintenance, the systems are unavailable from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. We kindly ask you to log out of the systems before the maintenance window begins.

Tremegisto & Cyberlink are continuously improving their service quality. For this purpose, we are conducting a hardware migration on our core network infrastructure. Since our core network is redundantly structured, no interruption is expected for the vast majority of services.
